The Golf is situated in the Axarquia approximately 2 km East of Torre del Mar, near Caleta de Velez.

BAVIERA GOLF is an even course characterized by its wide greens with many movements and the great variety of obstacles which offer a big range of strokes and an ideal design for all types of handicap
The area surrounding the club is typically spanish with small Andulucian white villages dotted around the inland regions which are hilly becoming mountainous-wonderful walking country.
The general aspect is very picturesque set against the often snow capped mountains of the Sierra de la Almijara inland to the north and the blue Mediterranean sea only 2 kilometres to the South. Access is from the coastal fishing village of Caleta de Velez via the resort town of Torre del Mar.
The wide undulating fairways are carpeted with Bermuda grass and the bunkers filled with fine white sand contrast sharply with this deep green of the fairways.
